My weekend

We did not really do much.On Saturday i just hung out at home.Then on Sunday i packed up my room a little.And then i took Ashlee and Jessica for a little walk around the lake then we went home and then we went to town to do some jobs.

In the weekend it was cool because Mum had the whole weekend off work.We did quite a lot of things.On Saturday we went to town and got some stuff to bake we got rainbow biscuits,chocolate cake in a cup and chocolate muffins witch we still have not made them yet.Then we went on the farm with the motorbike and go cart and we went to the lake because we have a lake at the end of our farm.That night we slept in the tent in our back yard.On Sunday we went to sea scouts to clean the cuter because it was quite dirty when we were done me and zak were trying to catch cockabilies i caught none and Zak caught one.On Monday sadly on of our fishes died.Then we went to town to get a new fish we also went to the park for lunch.Then we went to sea scouts it was the last one of the term we made rafts and we had to paddle them around to the other beach then we made a bonfire on the beach we roasted marshmallows.

              My weekend.

This weekend Mary came over to my house and we drew on my old poster that used to be on my wall which had my favorite band on it.And so we made the people on the poster have beards and other funny stuff.We also did heaps of musically's and we ate pineapple lumps.And we also tried to do our makeup as bad as possible.And the night before we watched Annie and it was really cool.

My weekend.
On Friday after school dad took us to the lake for a swim since it was quite hot.Dad kept pushing the pontoon in and out and one time dad pushed it hard and i nearly fell off.The water was quite warm.Then we just went home and had some ice cream.Then on Saturday me and Dad played some cricket and dad hit it and got it stuck on the roof and that kind of sucked because it was just the start of the game and it is still the roof right now. 

Science Road show at the High school.

Today we went to they grey mouth high school to see the science road show.There were some people who were doing experiments as well as teaching us stuff which i thought was cool.After the first show we got to look at all the exhibits that were there.The cool  thing about the exhibits was that all of them were interactive.One of my favourite things about the performance was that the man started of with water then he changed it to grape juice then lemonade and then to coke.Also the elephant toothpaste thing where they put hydrogen peroxide then this type of floury stuff (maybe dried yeast) then it erupted.My favourite exhibit was this one that you had a metal detector and someone hid a key and then you tried to fing it using the metal detector.I thought this was a great experience to learn more about science.

my weekend.

This weekend we headed home from Invercargill.We went to Invercargill for family reasons.Anyway on Saturday we went back home and on the way we decided to stop in at great Nana and Pops house to see what they were up to.Then we went to Timaru to stay at a motel because it was getting to late to drive.Our motel had a little kitchen a lounge.Then there was a room that has a double bed and a single bed.Then up the stairs there is two single beds and one double bed.And that was our room and the other room was Dad and Mums.Then we got home and I really just went to bed.

In class with Miss C we got to go in groups and learn a song. Me and my group learnt I'm yours by Jason Mraz. What i found challenging was keeping in time with everyone in the group.Enjoy

My weekend

After school I went to Thomas's Birthday then went to the Beach for a swim and instead of jumping and running away from the waves i ran into the waves it was hard because it was pushing me back and then i fell over.on Saturday it was great weather so Mum took us to the pontoon with our lilos.Then on Sunday Dad took us to the lake again!He took  us to town and we got to get a boogie board and we went to the pontoon again then after that we went to iveagh bay with mum and dad and went on the kayak me and mum had a race with the bogie boards. Then we went to the hotel for tea.  

My silhouette art explanation.

In class we all did silhouette art and first we stood in front of a light and miss Jakeway traced our shadow then we decided what pictures we would have on our silhouette .Then we painted and cut it our then put it on a black piece of paper.look at this video for me explaing what some of my pictures mean or what they represent.Enjoy

My weekend Recap.

What i did in the weekend.

In the weekend we really just chilled out at home and did some work on the farm.On Sunday we went on the farm like usual and Mum taught me how to drive in first gear well getting the cows in because i was bored then i was practicing  on the roundabout thing at the cowshed.On Saturday it was pippa's  birthday party she was turning 5.We has a treasure hunt and the treasure was a bunch of lollies and most people got heaps of them and they made a stash.I got her a princess set which has a crown,a ring and fake earnings.

                                   On the 8th of December our class went to lake Kaniere for a overnighter.So i did a video of some things that we did for an example:The lake,the tree top walk, and the Marae.ENJOY!

MD CT Rad Rhythm pots and pans drumming.

For the past few weeks we have been making music with Pots&Pans with Rad Rhythm Lessons.Then we moved on to making up our own sequence.I really Enjoyed doing pots&pans because we got to dress up in all sorts of funky out fits.I recommend this activity to all age groups.In the future i would like to do more music related activity's.Here is Mine and Mary's video. 🙂😜😃😊😊😌

Sailing on the lake.

                                         On Friday the 4th we went sailing on lake Brunner. I think it was a good idea to go sailing because we actually did something on our lake also it was a good chance for the people who have not been sailing to have a go.I liked it when we had to put our hair in the water and then we fliped it up and shouted Because i'm worth it.

Mine and Mary's company.

In our class we have been learning about companies.Some of us started our own companies so we made logo's for them this is mine and Mary's.So we are called Book worm's and because we are the librarians and get books for our class library shelf and there are two worms because there are two of us also there are books because library's have books.I think our logo is good  because i like that the pictures are simple.

St Johns visitor.

On Tuesday the second  we had a visitor from St Johns.she taught us some things about first aid,recovery position and hypothermia we also did CPR on CPR dummies and we listened to our heart beat. 

Chelsea's ski trip 2016

On Friday the 29th of July we went on our ski trip at Porter Heights.I went on the intermediate and the Poma lift.I think it was a good idea to go so the people who do not know how to ski will get a chance to try.And I liked my ski Instructor she taught us how to do heaps of stuff my most favourite thing was that I finally went on the jumps for the first time.

Big Art Inquiry.

Our class is doing a art Inquiry and you have to choose a piece of art and then research about the artist and then choose what to do for an example choose a piece of art and then do a papermache bowl and then when you are finished paint the piece of art you chose in the middle of the bowl.
